Say hello, or put something by

One email address, read by the three of us. Pre orders, class dates, wholesale, allergens, vouchers, or telling us the beef bun was better last week. All of it goes to the same place.

hello@panbuns.com

We answer everything, usually the same day, and always within two working days. Mondays we are shut, so a Sunday evening note gets read on Tuesday.

When we are open

  • Tuesday to Friday7.30am to 3pm
  • Saturday8am to 3pm
  • Sunday9am to 1pm
  • MondayClosed

Closed for a handful of days at Christmas and one week in August. The dates go up on the counter about a month before.

Where we are

In Ashgrove, on the corner where the shops thin out. There is a hand painted sign above the door with a bun on it, which is the only landmark we can offer and has been enough so far.

The classroom is up one flight of stairs. Tell us before you book if that is a problem and we will do what we can downstairs.

Fill this in and it will open your own email app with the message ready to go. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored on this website.

Tell us what to call you.

That does not look like an email address we could reply to.

What it is about
  • A pre order
  • A class booking
  • Wholesale and cafes
  • Allergens and ingredients
  • Gift vouchers
  • Something else

Pick one so it reaches the right pair of hands.

A line or two more, so we can actually help.

Still to fill in: your name, an email address we can reply to, what it is about and a message.

Nothing is sent from this page. It goes to hello@panbuns.com from your own email app.

Before you write

A lot of what people email about is already answered on the questions people ask: opening hours, why we sell out, how pre orders work, allergens, vouchers and class cancellations.

For a trade enquiry, the wholesale page lists the four things to tell us, which saves a round of emails.

For a class, say which one and roughly when suits you, and we will send back the dates with space on them. The four are An Introduction to Steamed Buns, A Filled Bun Afternoon, Sourdough Basics, a Morning and The Family Bun Class.
